Service was extremely fast, although it also wasn't too busy when I arrived. I ordered a fairly regular sandwich, but the quality of ingredients did exceeded my expectations. Iced latte was also good.

Pretty standard coffee shop, kinda pricey for the coffee sizes but it's really cute inside and there's a good amount of seating!

I heard from my friend that this place is a great place to work from and so I had to check it out. It definitely is!! There is relaxing jazz music playing, plenty of tables, as well as bakery items and sandwiches. The ambiance is beautiful, especially since it was decorated for Christmas. The coffee was great and the service was also superb. I'll be back!

In a neighborhood that's full of National and local coffee chains of coffee shops, this place is a gem. The service is genuinely warm and welcoming, the food is made fresh (I watched these guys *craft* sandwiches, not just make them), and the space is bright and cherry with a lot of seating for us looking for workspace. The music is chill, and jazzy (this Django Rhinehart) and not too loud. Really dig the vibe here... (The one drawback is with so many people on their computers- including me - the wifi is a little slow)

This is the best coffee shop in New York City. It's perfect in every way. The food is great. The coffee is great. It's clean. The bathroom is clean. There are plenty of tables. There are plenty of outlets. The music is cool. I love it.

I happened to be in the area and stopped into the CupSoul Cafe. I loved its modern, clean look and its display cases highlighting decadent pastries and fresh food items, like salads and sandwiches. I only picked up a Turmeric Almond Milk Latte, but it was by far one of, if not the, best renditions I had ever had. It was creamy, spicy, and soothing. I would definitely go back!

I was looking for a cafe/bakery near Union square that wasn't a big chain and found this on Google maps. The inside is big though it was full the whole time I was there (noon on a Sunday). The cappuccino I got was delectable and i really enjoyed the ham and cheese croissant. The croissant was flaky and buttery and left me wishing I had tried more of their pastries. The staff was very friendly. They have an A health rating.

I love CupSoul. This is my Sunday morning stop in between my street outreach with the homeless. I start my day at 4:30 or 5:30, and then take a 15 minute break at 9:45 on that day to grab a cortada and a cappuccino. Sometimes I'll grab a pastry (awesome and delish). I often have my volunteers meet me there because it's such a nice way to kick off that part of my day. The staff is awesome. Friendly. And they absolutely love their clientele, from the babies to the dogs to the humans. It's just an all round great place to start a day or stop off in the middle of it to regroup.

Always a treat to come here to have a quick bite to eat. My favorite is the ham & cheese croissant which is heated a touch and is both toothsome & filling. I highly recommend it to everyone.
